Overall day For Oct 19th

I felt my days meals went pretty reasonable, might have over done dinner huh. I did go to the gym that day for an hour and a half. Trying to do this everyday, I'll probably head out in a few to get my workout going. Only other thing I snacked on Monday was some plain almonds had about 8 of them. Not bad.

    about your meals: add more color it will make it healthier, I know color means veggies but they are so good for you.

    you will learn to love them and it will be good for the boys to see you eat and enjoy them.
