Oct 19, 2009 Lets start... Breakfast



My first pic blog...breakfast. Thought is was a reasonable meal, some scrambled eggs(2), canadian bacon(2), and a side of some refried beans. Oh and don't forget the coffee! So tell me what ya think? Was it too much, could I have substituted something for something else? Oh and the paper plate is a standard 8" plate, for those that want to know.

  1. juice instead of coffee. no refried beans - we all know how they are made.... bacon fat. get rid of the yolk before you scramble.

  3. beans are god for you good source of fiber and protein but not re-fried. and no not even a little bit especially when everything else on the plate is greasy
